Positive: Location is good. Lots of restaurants to choose. Staff are polite and friendly. The room is spacious.

Negative: Long wait for the shuttle bus from the ferry station. Many tourists are using this route, and the first one was full, we need to wait for another 15 minutes for the second bus.

Positive: Great hotel, with excellent services and amenities. The room is super big (especially for standards in Asia). Really a great 5 star hotel. Really appreciate the shuttle services to and from ferry / city / border post.

Negative: Nothing really. Maybe I would say very limited options for breakfast, other than room service.
